Equations Club Compete at UMSL

Look at all the happy mathematicians that competed in the Gifted Resource Council's Academic Challenge Cup at the University of Missouri St. Louis. Great job to all the teams that participated and congratulations to the team We=MC Squared for winning an award for the Most Creative Team Name.

Learning about Latitude and Longitude

Second and third grade Idea Lab students are learning about longitude and latitude. They put together this giant map and walked the longitude and latitude lines to find A variety of European countries. Each student is researching and learning about a specific country. Stay tuned for pictures from our European Cafe. We will transform our classroom into a European Cafe and invite parents to join as as they relax and learn all about Europe.
