Idea Lab

What a great Field Trip today! We were able to dodge the rain and have a great day learning about Architecture.  Thanks to all our parents who helped take our groups around the city.

Idea Lab Field Trip

Don't forget, our Idea Lab field trip is Tuesday, October 14th. Please let me know asap if you can join us! We will be touring the buildings downtown with the Landmark's Association, having lunch in Kiener Plaza, and then heading to the New Cathedral to see the Byzantine mosaics. It will be a great day!

Popsicles on the Playground

The OB diversity Committee is hosting the Popsicles on the Playground event this Saturday, September 13th for our ELL (English Language Learners) and ESOL (English as a second Language) families. Anyone is welcome to come, but if you speak another language in the home we would love for you to come help make some of our new ELL and ESOL families feel welcome! The event is from 10:00-12:00. We'll meet in the cafeteria for an ice breaker activity, scavenger hunt and then popsicles on the playground. Bring the whole family!

Idea Lab

We had an exciting first week in Idea Lab!  First graders learned about perseverance, second graders examined a variety of cultures, third graders started their South America research, and fourth graders can now tell you some very unique architectural features!
