Sea Creature Myths!

First graders learned about sea creature and mythical stories. We create our own very own sea creature book! We wrote and illustrated our own stories and published the final product. Here we are enjoying the beautiful weather, reading each other’s stories and signing autographs.

Fourth Grade Architecture Students

Fourth grade architecture students were tourists in their own town this week. They applied the knowledge they learned about ancient styles to the buildings in our city. It was a great learning experience. We started at the Landmark's Association of St. Louis and spent some time learning about the different materials used to build buildings. Then we went on a walking tour of the city. Our final stop was at the Cathedral Basilica where we observed the beautiful architecture and mosaic tile work.
